Villa Oleander is a perfect place to spend a holiday. Since our last holiday here 2 years ago, it has been revamped to a very high standard & provides a very beautiful & comfortable place to stay. The pool area is delightful & there is nothing more refreshing than a dip in the pool on hot days. Marianne & Roy are nice people to deal with & are very responsive to any problems that occur. The villa’s location mean that you are only a short walk away from Alvor’s Centre. Looking forward to next year’s holiday already.

We've been coming to Alvor for the last 7 years, however last year was the first time we have stayed at Alto Golf and Country. We enjoyed it so much that we re-booked the apartment Oliveira 39I. Despite the Covid 19 problems we liaised with holidayhomesinportugal prior to visiting and they could not have been more helpful. Although the resort was understandably quieter than normal, we had a great time and the apartment felt very much like home with all our needs catered for. We will certainly be returning again and thank Roy and Marianne for being so helpful.

We love this location and had a wonderful stay at Mimosa (37D). Great facilities, great location and a very nice apartment. Love to return.

Wir sind schon zum 3. Mal Gäste im Alvor Country Club und waren dieses Jahr zum 1. Mal im App. 37D Mimosa.
Das Appartement ist sehr geräumig und perfekt ausgestattet. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Man kann den Strand und die Altstadt fußläufig erreichen. Zum Alto Golfplatz sind es nur wenigen Minuten.
Da wir in den Monaten Februar und März dort waren konnten wir auch die Abende vor dem Kaminfeuer genießen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We stayed at Villa Oleander at Alto Club again in October and were not disappointed. Great resort, great villa. It’s well appointed, well furnished and has a wonderful private pool.
Alto itself is an incredible resort, so comfortable and service that is second to none. We’ve been going there for more almost 20 years.
The service from Roy and Marianne with our booking was excellent as ever, thank you.

Having been unable to book in to our original holiday choice for the full ten days, we booked four days in Apartment 39I at the Alto Club having read all the previous positive reviews online. We were not disappointed. The apartment was excellent. Overall it was very clean and much to our surprise had items like dish washing tablets and other cleaning items necessary but not always provided. There were also two bodyboards not that we used them but very useful if you have young children. The bedrooms were both large and very comfortable. Both bathrooms were excellent. The lounge was roomy and once again had everything you could wish for. The TV had a large number of the main British channels, although we did struggle to locate the sky channels. This might well have been our fault or problems with the subscription. We were so pleased with the accommodation and the service provided that we have booked it again within a week of returning home. It's also in an ideal situation to walk to the beautiful beaches and the town centre which are both about 1/2 mile away..

The villa is well equipped and feels more like home than a holiday let. It is very comfortable and the private pool is lovely. We are already looking forward to returning next year.

The accommodation was just right for us , spacious , clean, cool and very comfortable and the sporting facilities in the complex were superb
The only downside is there is no direct sea view but one can’t have everything in life😂

From the ease of booking to simple payment the process began well. However it was on arrival that the experience truly began. The apartment is located in the perfect quiet location within the complex. A short walk to the pool. Every items you could think of was supplied within this spotlessly clean apartment. It was spacious enough for our family of four and could accommodate more if needed.
The ability to stroll to both the supermarket and the. Main village was a major plus.
We never failed to get 4 loungers together by the pool no matter the time of arrival.
In summary we all would be certain we will come back.

This was our third stay in 37D Mimosa. The apartment is very well maintained and ideally situated for a holiday in Alvor. You are close to the beach, the boardwalk and all the excellent restaurants in town. The gardens are mature and well looked after and the whole complex is very quiet with all residents showing consideration for each other. Hopefully we will be back again.

Spacious, comfortable apartment for 6 adults. Lovely pool and view of the golf course with fabulous gardens. Only a short walk to the beach and restaurants at Praia Do Vau. Nearby small supermarket for basic essentials. A lovely relaxing family holiday. We hope to return soon.

Had such a wonderful two weeks at the Mimosa apartment at Alto Club. Resort so well maintained and very clean. Beautiful spacious apartment in a great location. Big thank you to Marianne and Rolf who sorted a boiler issue immediately. Fantastic service. Will definitely be back.

We love the apartment we stay in on this lovely resort, we always try and stay at least twice a year, the apartment is very clean and spacious and feels like our second home, I only wish it was! Can’t wait to go back again in September

There was very heavy rain 2 days during our holiday but the apartment was so well equipped we were able to keep our two year old entertained easily. The indoor pool is fantastic! Water was perfect temp for young children.

We had a fabulous time and can't speak highly enough of the Alto Club facilities. We stayed with our 9 year old who quickly made some friends in the pool. As it was October, we had the choice of using the indoor heated pool which was great first thing in the morning, tending to use the outdoor pool later. The location was perfect, just a short walk into the town or onto the beach and use of the Restinga sunbeds was a bonus. We also used the sports facilities or table tennis, shuffleboard, putting - lots to keep a 9 year old occupied. She also loved the frogs and turtles in the pool. The gardens were beautiful, so well kept and unusual trees and shrubs. The accommodation was really comfortable and well equipped and everything was thought of for us, didn't miss anything. Thank you for a memorable holiday.

Great place, fantastic weather, and lovely facilities. Enough to keep the whole family entertained. Alvor is beautiful and the beaches are some the best in the world.

We have just returned from a holiday in an apartment at Alto Club, had such a wonderful time so have re-booked for next year. We love the apartment and the complex and the lovely fishing village of Alvor Everything is within walking distance from this complex.
